Massage during pregnancy can release muscular tension, stimulate circulation, increase lymphatic drainage and can help to reduce / avoid varicose veins. Inducing a deep relaxation, massage encourages peaceful sleep, reduces stress and enhances your sense of well being. Make massage a regular part of your healthcare regime during your pregnancy and enjoy feeling calm, relaxed and healthy.
Please note that massage treatment is not possible during the first three months of pregnancy. If you are over three months through your pregnancy and would like a massage please obtain permission from your GP or midwife first.
